Week: 25 Una semana llena de cambios

This week has been full of changes! I am happy to say that I will finish my mission in the Hermosillo, Mexico mission. I am so glad that I will be able to be with Presidente Myers and that we will be able to continue in the Lords work. I have learned many things on my mission and one that I will try to put into every aspect of my life. Maybe I am not the best spanish teacher or the best teacher and maybe I dont know every bit of doctrine that there is but I KNOW when I dedicate all my time to the Lord, He will bless me. I have seen many experiences in my mission that He uses us to do His will. One example that I would like to share was when we were working one day. We literally worked THE ENTIRE day and knocked doors ALL DAY and we only found two people. One of the people was Hermana Lucia. We were walking to our house to end the day and we were very tired. When we passed by her house I felt like we needed to talk to her. We found out that she has a friend that is mormon and was interested in learning more about our church and beliefs. I learned it is so important to dedicate ALL our time to the Lord on our missions. I dont need to know what time Moses parted the Red Sea or what color of shoes he was wearing to be able to know that these things are true and the things that we are teaching are real. I am thankful I can dedicate all my time to him.

We have had many changes in the mission. I am training Elder Monge and he is from Guatemala! He is pretty awesome and I am grateful for this opportunity to train. I definitley dont feel adequate but I know the Lord will help me as I do all I can. As far as our invesitgators are going, Hermana Manuela and Hermano Mario are really progressing. Hermana Manuela told us "This is starting to make sense to me and I am really understanding" I was so happy when I heard this. I really think they are going to be baptized. We taught them the Word of Wisdom and everything went very well.

The last spiritual experience that I would like to share was when I got up one morning. I was sitting on my bed shining my shoes for the day and one of our old investigators came to my mind and that we needed to visit her. We decided to visit her at one point during the day. We arrived at her house and she told us that her sister is fighting cancer. We talked to her a little about the Plan of Salvation and how everyone has their plan in this life. I think she really needs comfort from our Heavenly Father. I hope that we will be able to visit more often and that she will progress because she is awesome. I am thankful for every impression of the spirit that I recieve and I NEVER want to not listen to those directions. Its so important to listen to the impressiones. If you don't know if its the spirit, ACT. If it is from the spirit, ACT. I want Heavenly Father to trust me with this gift. I know he will bless us when we dedicate our lives to him...100 percent. Maybe I don't have a lot l but I am giving it all to him. I know that he will carry us. This is my invitation this week. To give 100 percent to him. Everything that we have to offer. I promise you, with all my heart and soul that he will bless you as you do that. Thanks everyone for you support and I love you all!
